Originally a Pittsburgh native, Ryan attended school and played college football at Colgate University in Upstate New York. Excelling both on and off the field, he graduated in 2013 and began his career with Cigna and later New York Life. Focusing on disability insurance products, he gained experience in how financial planning can support people during life’s unexpected challenges.
During the height of the pandemic, Ryan returned home to help with his family’s furniture business, providing hands-on support through a challenging time and gaining a deeper appreciation for entrepreneurship and community. Recently, he made a big move to the Pacific Northwest, trading the rolling hills of Pennsylvania for mountain views and more favorable summer humidity.
Ryan maintains his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
Outside of work, Ryan is most at home in the outdoors—whether fishing, exploring national parks, or finding new trails to get lost on.
